SHIPPING POLICY
At Gehna, our aim is to provide you with the best customer service and a positive experience.
We try our utmost best to have your products sent out for delivery within a 24-hour window, but during busy periods this may take slightly longer.
DELIVERY
We use a tracked service for all the items sent out to our customers. Tracking information for your order will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.
Should you need special delivery, please contact us to let us know so that we can have your item sent out to you as soon as possible.
Free collection from Loughborough is an option from our collection point if this works out better for you. Please contact us and let us know should you want to use this service
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depending on your chosen method of delivery within the UK can take between 3-5 working days, unless special delivery or collection is opted for.
International deliveries can take up to 2 weeks
Please take into account that public holidays, severe weather conditions and weekends can all affect the time in which you receive your order.

RETURNS
RETURNS POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds on any of our jewellery sets inclusive of earrings, nose rings and necklace sets. Please ensure that you have recorded evidence of opening/unpacking your delivered item. If your set arrives with a fault or damaged, this must be reported to us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order with video and photographic evidence. A sticker will have been added to your parcel to remind you of recording the unboxing process for potential disputes. Once our team determines if the product can be repaired, the item/s should be sent back at your own cost within 7 working days. We advise these items to be sent back via tracked delivery; any items lost in transit will not be held liable by Gehna. If we are unable to repair your product, we will offer an exchange for any product of the same value or higher
For any other products purchased from us, if your item arrives faulty, we ask you to let us know within 24 hours of receiving your items with photographs. We ask for you to send your faulty product back to us at your own cost. Once received, a refund will be issued or a replacement will be sent out to you, subject to availability.
